For the 2023-2024 academic year, OTA is currently accepting 2nd, 7th and 8th graders.  We have waitlists for all other grades, K-6.  Please complete the Google Form here to be added to the waitlists or enroll your second grader or middle schooler.  We will be in contact with you if there is an opening.  Feel free to call the school or email jennifer.dahl@ortrail.k12.or.us to inquire.  Thank you!

 

Please do not complete this form UNTIL you have received communication from Oregon Trail Academy offering your child a seat.  As a charter school, we operate on a lottery, and do not accept every student who applies.  If you have been offered a seat, please complete this packet and return it to our secretary: jennifer.dahl@ortrail.k12.or.us   Thank you!
